KW operates three major divisions in Cincinnati, OH. Panel Repair Center (LCD/Plasma),
Display Monitor Repair Center, and National Panel Center (NPC)--a return center
exclusively for display panel returns.
Specialized in LCD module repair and equipped with a class 1000 clean room, our
highly skilled technicians will restore your defective panels to like-new condition.
Currently, we provide a line of panel repair services including polarizer replacement,
drive IC exchange, back light/lamp replacement, and PCB replacement. PDP module
repair is outsourced to a local business partner.
Our monitor center repairs and refurbishes a wide range of display units from small
consumer computer monitors to large commercial ones. The associated panel repair
center and panel return center (NPC) accelerate the repair process, minimize logistics
costs, and maximize asset recovery. Unlike parts repair, monitor repair involves
complicated logistics, including return processing, buffer stock, advance shipping,
etc. Our comprehensive knowledge of warehousing and trucking will give you piece
of mind no matter how complicated your return logistics may be.
Display panel modules are the most expensive part in a display unit (TV or monitor),
and we operate a special return center to recover these expensive panels to your
assets. Just have your defective panels shipped to our NPC located in Cincinnati,
Ohio, or its remote operation in Carson, California. Based on our detailed inspection,
we will request RMA from panel manufacturers for panels in warranty. Panels out
of warranty will either be transferred to our panel repair center or scrapped depending
on your business requirements.
You are able to track your assets and current status through our sophisticated system.
We support multiple EDI channels for seamless information flow, such as shipping
orders, return information, and repair status reports. In addition, we can provide
a customized website where your customers can track their own returns.
We currently focus on display products repair to maximize effectiveness and efficiency.
However, our facilities and experienced staff can readily be reorganized and directed
toward your other repair projects as well.
